Tohono O odham Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison for Sexual Abuses Published: 13 February 2021 13 February 2021 Tucson, Arizona - On Tuesday, Isaiah Joseph Rios, 22, of Sells, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Jennifer G. Zipps to concurrent terms of 121 months and 120 months in prison. Rios previously pleaded guilty on November 22, 2019 to one count of Abusive Sexual Contact and one count of Sexual Abuse involving minors. Following his release from federal prison, Rios will be placed on lifetime federal supervision and will be required to register as a sex offender. In October of 2016, Rios, then 18 years of age, forcibly fondled a minor without her consent. In March of 2017, Rios forcibly fondled another minor and then engaged in a sexual act, all without her consent. The victims reported the assaults in August 2017. Rios is an enrolled member of the Tohono O’odham Nation.

Sepa tells SHC Keamari ‘gas leakage’ deaths were caused by soya bean dust Karachi February 12, 2021 Parameters of carbon monoxide and particulate toxic matters were exceeding the prescribed limits of the provincial environmental quality standards during the soya bean and pet-coke handling at the Karachi port in February last year when 17 people died in the Keamari area and hundreds of others were affected. This was stated by the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (Sepa) on Thursday in a report submitted to the Sindh High Court (SHC) on the alleged gas leakage incident. Filing the final report in respect of the gas leakage incident in Keamari, the Sepa director general (DG) said a Sepa team visited the Karachi port where a ship was anchored loaded with soya bean imported from the United States on the berths 10 and 11, which was being unloaded. Gas cleaning systems for the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Units (FCCU) of two Refineries in Spain

Feb 12 2021 Read 366 Times GEA has received two orders for gas cleaning systems from the oil and energy group Compañía Española de Petróleos SA (CEPSA, Madrid, Spain) for their refineries in La Rabida and San Roque. The scope of supply includes the technical planning and engineering, delivery and installation of two Hot Electrostatic Precipitators (HESP) including dust transport and dust storage silos. The existing FCC units at CEPSA will be upgraded with downstream high-efficiency hot electrostatic precipitators for dust capture. GEA’s gas cleaning solution will ensure that CEPSA’s refineries will comply with the emission limits required by the Spanish government from 2024. Commissioning is scheduled for as early as 2023.
